January Client Cardio Challenge!

Join us in a client cardio challenge, to increase your accountability, and move you toward your goals!

Because all people are not created equal, we are going to have two separate groups.

There will be the “Committed” group, who has to complete 75 miles in the month of January.

Then there will be the “Cray Cray Committed” group, who has to complete 100 miles.

These miles could be doing anything you want…biking, treadmill, elliptical, hiking, etc. These are miles over and above your steps taken in daily activities. So if you log 5000 steps each day in your job or other everyday activities, about 2.5 miles…this does NOT count. The miles in this challenge are miles of dedicated cardio.
