Sensible Fitness is dedicated to community service and broadcasts two fitness educational programs since 1999. Sensible Fitness and Real People, Real Fitness can be seen throughout the Greater Cincinnati area on Time Warner Cable and Cincinnati Bell Fioptics.

Sensible Fitness has won Best Educational Program multiple times at the Blue Chip Cable Television Awards. In this program, your host Doug Gibson, takes you through a series of strength training exercises, anatomy of the muscles, demonstrating correct execution of each exercise. Questions from the community regarding health and fitness are addressed, as are many other topics related to nutrition, exercise, and your overall wellbeing. Real People, Real Fitness features Sensible Fitness clients on their fitness journey. In addition to hearing the inspirational story of your neighbors regarding their health and fitness, you will also learn the exercises that they perform in their workouts. An anatomical breakdown of the muscles used and a detailed explanation of the correct execution of demonstrated exercises are included in the program.
