BOOST is performed in the clean and carpeted Sensible Fitness facility. This includes drinking fountains and clean, spacious bathrooms. You do not need to bring your own weights, or mats, as we supply everything but a sweat towel.  When Ohio blesses us with beautiful weather, we may take you outside for a little bit, but otherwise we are in the comfortable and climate-controlled facility.

BOOST class size is limited.  At Sensible Fitness as we take pride in offering more personal attention and limit BOOST participants with small focus groups.  You will not see large groups with minimal trainer attention.

Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm

Saturday at 9:15 a.m.
