An highly qualified Cincinnati fitness trainer will be supervising you and another Sensible Fitness client. Please note, you are not side-by-side performing the same exercises. You will be performing your own custom workout separately from others in our facility. The trainer sets you up with an exercise and makes sure you are doing it correctly, then does the same with another. You are being monitored, and not left on your own.
This is by far the most popular form of personal training at our Cincinnati gym, as while it is a highly supervised form of training, you do have some “breathing room” vs. having a trainer at their side the entire session.
Your program is customized to your goals, your ability, and your physical/medical limitations if present. Your Cincinnati fitness trainer will be following a medically approved protocol. This is everything offered with our one-on-one training but at huge savings.
Semi-private personal training is typically offered 7am – 10am, and also 4pm -7pm on weekdays, as well as many Saturday and Sunday mornings.
We offer discounted packages of sessions, or you can pay-as-you-go with no commitment.
